A home, a place and a future for people in extreme poverty
Since 2021, HomePlan has been working with a second local partner in Haiti: Hope for Haiti. Together with this partner, we are working on a project helping victims of the severe earthquake in 2021 rebuild their lives. Hope for Haiti has been working in the country for over thirty years with Haitians who know the local communities well, a requirement for a project to succeed. The organization is well-embedded locally and reliable. The organization's mission is to improve the quality of life for the Haitian population, particularly children, through education, healthcare, water, infrastructure, and the economy.
